The President/CEO has a business degree with over 3 years experience actively using and developing SEO skills practicing a Biblical principle, also known as, the law of reciprocity. It means that sewing positive content in strategic places on the Internet  will result in phone calls, emails and referrals. Both company Web sites are "Favorite Places" on Google. In 2010, less than 1% of U.S. businesses share this same distinction. Also, she served as NFTE business plan competition and Stevie Awards preliminary judge. As an adjunct instructor for Miami-Dade College, the classes consist of a variety of business topics.

In 2008, TLC contacted the company for a TV segment within days of posting a press release, which demonstrates the power of SEO implemented by JMK. Former work experience includes: sales management for a BellSouth partner, ABC/NBC affiliate news and Florida Legislative intern to name a few.
